These versatile beads are lightweight, easy to handle, and have great insulating properties. Often used as raw material for producing new EPS, for instance, by adding them to virgin raw material.

The rcBeads are produced by treating collected EPS material from post-consumer packaging material. The collected material is cleaned, shredded, milled, sieved and filtered before it is available as a reusable product. In the production process, several bead sizes are made available for various applications:

• Insulation material (floors and roofs)
• Aerating soil (greenhouses)
• Filling material for furniture elements (bean bags).
• Protection material (packing purposes)

We don’t add any new substances to the recycling process, and we extract pollutants and dirt with centrifugal power. This makes the beads exceptionally clean without breaking down the EPS structure.

rcBeads are also used as cushioning in boxes to protect items during transport.
