At BEWI, environmental, social, and ethical performance is fundamental to today’s business landscape. We prioritize high ethical standards in our purchasing process and have developed a sustainable strategy focused on sustainable procurement, which is vital to our success.

Around 90% of our emissions come from our value chain. BEWI Partner, our digital tool, helps us ensure our suppliers meet our sustainability requirements. The platform allows us to send questionnaires, request documentation, and conduct risk assessments on our suppliers.

We are committed to working with our suppliers to enhance their sustainability performance and comply with regulations like the Norwegian transparency act. We report yearly on our suppliers’ environmental and social assessments in line with the Global Reporting Index.
