A minimum of plastic packaging

They maximize their use of recyclable materials and use a minimum of plastic packaging. When North Trampoline asked BEWI to be one of their suppliers, we accepted immediately. Together we can make a change for a better future.

All parts of the North Explorer Planet are made of 100% recyclable materials. The foam pad (the part that covers the springs) is made from 75% recycled plastic and 25% renewable sugarcane, which both utilizes and releases CO2. This means that the material has a negative carbon footprint.

Fabricated foam absorbs shocks and protects. It has low manufacturing tool costs, which means that we can offer custom made solutions at great prices – like the one our design department created for the North Explorer Planet. Fabricated foam is also 100% recyclable.
