FormMaster Shuttering
| BEWI FormMaster Shuttering offers a permanent formwork solution for casting ground beam foundations. Made from durable polypropylene corrugated sheets, it’s perfect for shaping the U-profile of ground beams and is also well-suited for applications requiring only side shuttering.
Along with standard profiles, the U-shaped, L-shaped and side shuttering systems can be supplied with additional components such as corner connectors, straight connectors and tape. |

Easy to install
After excavating the ground beam, carefully lower the selected permanent formwork system into the excavation, ensuring it is fully supported. Connect each panel in sequence using straight or corner connectors and tape
as required.
Before placing the reinforcement, ensure the correct spacers are positioned underneath and along the sides of the reinforcement to achieve the required concrete depth.
Storage and handling
Each panel can be pre-cut and creased (pre-formed option only) for easy assembly on-site.
All FormMaster products are supplied in flat-pack form for easy on-site assembly, and to reduce storage space.
