Foundation boards

Moulded EPS 100 GEO boards show lower water absorption comparing to conventional polystyrene foam.

They are produced using a specialized raw material. Water absorption after complete water immersion is below or equal to 1 %. EPS 100 GEO boards are made by forming the product contrary to the conventional EPS, which is cut from the big block. Due to this, granules of EPS foam stay intact and micro gaps between granules do not form, which further reduces water ability to penetrate the product. Moulded panels have extremely precise dimensions, which allows easier workflow during construction and helps to achieve better quality. Boards interlock with each other, which prevents them from detaching during construction as well as inhibits the formation of thermal bridges. Formed diagonal grooves on the surface of the board significantly improve the adhesion of mortar. GEO boards are made of EPS 100 polystyrene foam. The dimensions of the board are 1.2 x 0.6 m. A wide variety of thicknesses will satisfy the needs of any customer, as the following options are available: 5, 10, 15 and 20 cm.
